工作职责:
1、BRAND MARKETING DEVELOPMENT LEADERSHIP. Work as a member of the Global Brand leadership team to create and drive global marketing strategies that are executed in an integrated and holistic manner to ensure maximum return on marketing investment.
1)Create integrated communication programs that run from “retail to digital” in key markets to drive brand awareness and retail sales.
2)Provide leadership in helping the team create the brand stories that resonate globally, regionally and locally allowing the company to build holistic programs that can work worldwide.
3)Develop strategic recommendations for regional marketing programs where we drive the brand spend and leverage licensee marketing funds to create a more integrated brand presence.
4)Hire and maintain a staff of highly creative and motivated individuals to ensure flawless execution of all programs.
2、ASIA-PACIFIC & CHINA BRAND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM CREATION & EXECUTION. Own the execution of brand development strategy for Asia-Pacific and China. Ensure the highest level of integration and integrity to the brand platform and the business imperatives. Ensure we maximize our brand through the multiple business models we are engaged in from direct in China; to licensed and distributor models in other markets; to franchised retail as we create that model. Ensure that as we move our business to more direct models that we activate our brand with enough organizational depth and DCI investment to ensure our success and to pave the way ahead of our commercial business.
1)Recommend, select and work closely with existent and relevant agencies to support the brand strategy for Asia-Pacific & China. Lead and manage all agency partners in the conceptual development of global branding for marketing, advertising and digital.
2)Create the Asia-Pacific & China brand marketing 3-year and seasonal marketing plans: should include key brand stories; execution across media; spend by the brand and (where appropriate) licensee or other partner co-op and additional investments.
3)Lead the development of the brand into our new retail environments, including store providing design input, leading graphics programs development, drive key account retail marketing support and overall ensuring the correct execution of the brand within franchised and owned retail environments.
4)Work with the Asia-Pacific countries (direct such as China as well as licensees) to create complete seasonal marketing plans that align with the regional marketing plan, from traditional and non-traditional mediums, digital, content driving partnerships, retail & digial integration to drive traffic to brand site and retail stores as well as retail marketing strategies at store level. Review and approve all licensee and 3rd-party created communications materials.
5)Work with the VP Global Marketing to manage and execute all global or regional media initiatives (such as Pan-Regional MTV and/or digital partnerships).
6)Identify the specific pieces of work that the brand will drive, and clarify those that will be driven regionally and those that will draft off of North Andover/global initiatives.
7)Ensure key areas such as media buying, PR, agency usage etc are aligned and coordinated across the region.
8)Develop and manage the brand’s Asia-Pacific & China marketing budgets.
3、COMPANY ASIA & CHINA BRAND MARKETING ALIGNMENT AND SUPPORT. Ensure that the brand is fully aligned with and leveraging the brand and all its brand marketing efforts (from areas such as media buying, to events and influencer relationships).
1)Align key initiatives and investments with brands of company.
2)Develop appropriate relationships and process interactions to ensure ongoing alignment throughout the organization.
4、ASIA & CHINA BRAND MARKETING TEAM DEVELOPMENT (INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL). Ensure that the brand has the right depth and breadth of team in China and across Asia to support its critical brand initiatives.
1)Develop the core internal team and recruiting and development processes.
2)Develop the right external relationships (agencies, vendors, etc).
3)Ensure the licensees have the right teams in place to drive their country execution.
5、STAKEHOLDER COMMUNICATION. Create and manage the process of communicating the brand’s Asia-Pacific programs and successes to key internal and external stakeholders to maintain a high level of awareness to brand activities.
1)Present quarterly and yearly marketing plans to internal team and licensees at Global Sales Meetings and at sales meetings in China and across Asia
2)Manage and execute a regular marketing update to keep partners updated on strategic initiatives and to provide them with materials updates. Develop the quarterly and monthly check-in’s across the region and with North Andover (and the other regions) to ensure alignment
3)Provide regular market and competitive reviews/analysis.
4)Lead and drive quarterly Regional Marketing Meetings in region.
5)Provide regular marketing activity recaps for key initiative execution and licensee partner programs to give insight into performance and opportunities for improvement.

任职资格:
1、Up to 8 years work experience, and has more than 4years experience in similar position.
2、Excellent communication skills.
3、Good at English.
